Kerala Police Recruitment November 2023 Physical fitness
All candidates must be physically fit and possess the following minimum fitness criteria:-
(a) Height: Candidates should not be less than 168 cm and 157 cm for male and female respectively.
(b) Chest: Not less than 81 cm around the chest with 5 cm expansion. (For Male Candidates Only)
Note: (I)Minimum height and chest measurements for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe male candidates should be 161 cm and 76 cm respectively, while the minimum height for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe female candidates should be 151 cm. Minimum chest expansion 5 cms however this will be applicable for SC/ST male candidates also.
Physical Efficiency Test:
Male candidate must qualify in any 5 out of 8 items and Female candidates must qualify in any 5 out of 7 items specified below National Physical Efficiency with minimum one star standard test recorded against each.

Kerala Police Recruitment November 2023 Selection Process:
The selection process for Police Constable Driver Recruitment consists of various stages:
Written Test: The initial phase involves a written test, which tests the candidate’s knowledge of traffic rules, motor vehicle rules and general knowledge.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who qualify the written test will proceed to PET which includes physical measurements and physical efficiency test.
Driving Proficiency Test: Candidates who clear the PET have to take a practical driving test to demonstrate their driving skills.
General Information:
- Uploaded photograph should be taken after 31.12.2013. Candidates creating new profile from 01.01.2023 must upload photograph taken within six months.
- Candidate’s name and date of photograph should be clearly printed at the bottom. Photo once uploaded will be valid for 10 years from the date of upload fulfilling all requirements. Other instructions related to uploading photos remain unchanged.
- No application fee is required. Candidates are responsible for accuracy of personal information and confidentiality of password.
- Applicants should ensure that the information in their profile is correct before submitting the application in the profile. They should quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Submitted application is provisional and cannot be deleted or changed after submission. Candidates are advised to keep the printout or soft copy of online application for future reference.
- Candidates can take a printout of the application form by clicking on ‘My applications’ link in their profile. All correspondence with the Commission regarding the application should be accompanied by a printout of the application.
- The application will be summarily rejected if notice is found not to be complied with in timely processing. Original documents to prove qualification, experience, age, community etc. should be produced on demand.
