Educational qualification:
Below is the educational qualification information required to apply for the post of Junior Clerk, Assistant Secretary, System Administrator, Data Entry Operator. The application submitted by those who do not have the eligibility as per the notification will be rejected.
Secretary
-
- Graduation in HDC & BM with seven years of experience as Accountant or above in Cooperative Bank
- B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Agricultural University with five years of experience as Accountant or above in Co-operative Bank
Otherwise
- Post Graduation in Business Administration or M.Com with Finance major or Membership in Chartered Accountants of India with three years of experience in banking sector and associate qualification. OR B.Com (Co-operative) with seven years of experience as Accountant or above in a Co-operative Bank
Assistant Secretary/ Chief Accountant
- A recognized University Degree and Co-operative Higher Diploma with not less than 50% marks in all subjects (Kerala State Co-operative Union’s HDC or HDC&BM, or National Council for Co-operative Training’s HDC. or HDCM) OR Subordinate Personnel must have passed Co-operative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-Operation).
- OR B.Com degree from Kerala Agricultural University or B.Sc/ M.Sc. or any recognized university in Kerala with co-operation optional with not less than 50% marks in all subjects.
Junior Clerk/ Cashier
- SSLC or equivalent qualification, Subordinate Personnel Co-operative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation) will be the basic qualification.
- For the candidates belonging to Kasaragod District, Cooperative Diploma Course (JDC) conducted by Karnataka State Cooperative Federation and Junior Diploma in Cooperation (JDC) conducted by Kerala State Cooperative Union will be equivalent basic qualification for appointment in Cooperative Societies/ Banks in said district.
- and B.Com degree with co-operative as optional subject, or degree from any recognized University and Higher Diploma in Co-operative (Kerala State Co-operative Union’s HDC or HDC&BM, or National Council for Co-operative Training’s HDC. or HDCM) Or having successfully completed Subordinate Personnel Co-operative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation), or having B.Sc of Kerala Agricultural University can also apply.
System Administrator
- Degree/ MCA/MSc in any discipline in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science
- 3 years work experience is essential
Data entry operator
- Degree from any recognized University.
- Certificate of Passing Data Entry Course from an Institute recognized by Kerala/ Central Govt.
- One year working experience in the post of Data Entry Operator in a recognized organization.
Typist/ Junior Typist
- SSLC or equivalent qualification
- KGTE English & Malayalam Typewriting (Lower)
Application Fee CSEB Kerala Recruitment 2023
Candidates can apply to more than one cooperative bank. General category candidates including age relaxation candidates have to pay an additional examination fee of Rs.150 per group/bank and Rs.50 for each subsequent group/bank as per Co-operative Charter 11. For Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes category an additional examination fee of Rs.50 per group/bank in the application and Rs.50 per subsequent group/bank is required. For applying to more than one group/bank only one application form and one Chellan Demand Draft need to be submitted. The application fee can be paid directly by visiting the branches of Federal Bank and Kerala State Co-operative Bank (Kerala Bank). (Required Chellan is given along with the application form on the website of Cooperative Service Examination Board). Alternatively, only a demand draft payable as per CTS payable at Thiruvananthapuram in the name of Secretary of Co-operative Service Examination Board from Malappuram District Co-operative Bank and State Bank of India will be accepted as examination fee. Only demand drafts drawn after the date of notification shall be considered for the fee for the respective examination, which must be accompanied with the application for payment into the account and the information must be shown separately in the application. The application and annexures should be received in the Co-operative Service Examination Board before 5 pm on Saturday 28.01.2023 in the format prescribed by the Board.
