Kerala Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation, popularly known as MILMA, engaged in the procurement, processing and marketing of Milk & Milk Products invites applications from interest candidates for the positions of Sales Officer and Territory Sales in Charge on contract basis. Sales Officer
Location: North Kerala

MILMA Age Limit Details

Candidates who are up to 35 years of age can apply for the post of Territory Sales In-Charge and candidates who are up to 40 years of age can apply for the post of Sales Officer.

MILMA Salary Details

Candidates who get appointed to these posts will get a salary of Rs 2.5 – 4.8 lakh per annum which will be inclusive of CTC, TA, DA and other incentives.

MILMA Educational qualification

Territory Sales In-Charge(TSI): Must be MBA Graduate or Graduate in Dairy/Food Technology. Must have at least 1-2 years of work experience. Aptitude to work in an active listening organization, negotiation, facilitation and reasoning skills Proficient in English and Malayalam, willing to travel, highly proactive and focused to bring sales to the company and having a two wheeler can apply for this post.

Sales Officer: Candidates with MBA, minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG and good sales and negotiation skills can apply for this post.

MILMA Selection Methodology

The applications will be subjected to a scrutiny based on the details provided by the candidate, and a list of candidates eligible for the test/proficiency assessment will be prepared. A shortlist of the candidates who qualify the test/assessment will be prepared, and those candidates will have to appear for an interview. The appointment of candidates will be based on the performance in the test/assessment and interview subject to the fulfilment of other eligibility criteria, as per the norms prescribed by the Organisation.
