Salary Details (Training Period and Stipend) : :

The training will be arranged as per the norms and syllabus prescribed by the Central Apprenticeship Council. The selected candidates will be paid stipend during the apprenticeship at applicable rates as per prevailing instructions. Fares are subject to change as per the rules and instructions issued by the Railway Board from time to time.
Hostel accommodation will not be provided and selected candidates will make their own arrangements during their training as per Apprentices Act’ 1961 and will be released on completion of training.

Age Limit RRC South Central Railway Recruitment 2023:

Minimum Age Limit: 15 years
Maximum Age Limit: 24 years

Upper Age Relaxation:

Upper age relaxation is 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-servicemen and others, if any – as per Govt. Standards.

Eligibility RRC South Central Railway Recruitment 2023:

Must have passed Matriculation/10th Class Examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks from recognized board and ITI in concerned trade (ie National Trade Certificate in notified trade issued by National Council). Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training).

Selection Process RRC South Central Railway Recruitment 2023:

Selection for Apprenticeship Training is based on the merit list of all the candidates who apply against the notification for a particular Division/Unit. Merit list will be prepared by taking the average of the %age marks obtained by the candidates in both Matriculation with minimum 50% (Aggregate Marks) and ITI Examination.
For calculation of percentage of matriculation, the marks obtained by the candidates in all subjects will be counted and not on the basis of marks of any subject or group of subjects.
